Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I used HouseHoppers for the closing of my old municipal account, and their super efficient team made the whole process completely effortless and hassle-free. I appreciated their timeous emails and communication that kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. They always replied to my queries in a fast and clear manner. Lekina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She's knowledgeable, prolific, and professional. I'm so glad that I discovered this service. They saved me a lot of time and made the whole experience stress-free. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient company to assist you with your municipal account, I highly recommend HouseHoppers!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an outstanding experience with the team at House Hoppers! They handled all my City of Joburg requirements seamlessly—from closing my old account and securing my refund, to opening a new account and consolidating two accounts into one without any hassle.
What really impressed me was their dedication and persistence. They didn’t just submit my prepaid meter application—they actively followed up and chased it until it was successfully installed and fully operational. That level of commitment is rare and truly appreciated.
The team genuinely goes above and beyond for their clients. Professional, efficient, and incredibly reliable—I can’t recommend House Hoppers enough. Thank you so much for the exceptional service!
